Our pleated design provides three times as much carbon media per A/C filter while maintaining excellent air flow. Each time air passes through a Nordic Pure pleated air filter, lint, household dust, pollen, pet dander, bacteria, mold spores, dust mites, and other contaminants are attracted to the electrostatic filter, captured and removed. Our Pure Carbon HVAC replacement air filters are manufactured using a heavy duty, moisture resistant beverage board frame with a metal mesh support grid bonded to the pleats for extra support.
